Bob Shellhouse
Bob Shellhouse is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in Arlington, VA. As a member of Hand Painted Swinger and the newly formed super group 123's, Bob commands presence in the vibrant DC music scene. A seasoned professional with hundreds of performances, he has had the privilege of studying and performing alongside the legendary Washington D.C guitarist Tom Principato.
Bob released his highly anticipated solo debut, Walking on a Wire, on May 5, 2025. Now streaming on all major platforms, the album features Mike Durham on bass and John Cunningham on drums. Recorded at Innovation Station Studios with master producer Dave Mallen, (and in Bob’s home studio with Jack Durham, aka Flowr), Walking on a Wire delivers a compelling blend of Roots and Alt-Rock influences, rich with infectious hooks and finely crafted songwriting.
